The Canine Killer: Who’s poisoning Hong Kong’s dogs?

At least 300 dogs have been poisoned in the past three decades in Hong Kong – and that’s not even counting the wild animals that were likely tempted by the bait laid out by unscrupulous pet-haters. Locals who walk their dogs around Mid-Levels’ Bowen Road or Black’s Link have known for years to keep their eyes out for meat laced with herbicides or pesticides. More recently, Lamma Island residents have had to do the same. What’s going on? Coconuts TV investigates.
